A young lady If I remember right I believe her name was Ivy she was so sweet and bubbly! I was coming out of town from Texas for a funeral but she showed genuine compassion and concern she made my visit better. My room was comfortable warm and smelled good. Thank you !!
This is the best hotel hands down. The staff is friendly and kind. Housekeepers do a wonderful job. They do housekeeping every other day and they don't mind giving extra towels when you need them. The breakfast is worth it and best thing is it's free. Guest laundry is great and gym as well. There may not be a microwave and coffee maker in the rooms which is definitely okay. They have what you need in the lobby and eatery area. I'll keep this place in mind for next time. Thank you all for the best service and clean rooms and kind staff also delicious free breakfast!
My standards for a hotel are pretty much just that it is clean and updated. This hotel checked all the boxes for that. The whole place is very new and clean. Rooms aren’t huge but are cute and have everything you need (smart TV, floor length mirror, nice shower). The breakfast was nice and there are lots of comfortable places to hang out in the lobby and outside. We stayed here because it was a lot cheaper than staying downtown Indianapolis and I would definitely stay here again!
This is the first time we had ever stayed in a Tru and we were pleasantly surprised. We have been Hilton honors members for many years. All of the staff were very nice, everything was clean, and the location was easy to find.
We traveled a straight shot from AZ to Indiana, we got here round 9am, our check in wasn’t till 3 but they had a room available for us to check in right away! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. The rooms could have been cleaned better as dirt and handprints were on the mirrors and walls. I noticed two cross marks on the headboard when I was cleaning our room and thought that was pretty weird. I did get a rash on my chest and face from the towels so bought our own. The overall experience was a good one and still would be back.
My room was perfect for my 2 week stay. Very comfortable and cozy. Shower was amazing. Love the open plan (no drawers or closets) with plenty of storage space. Special thanks to Marina, Stephanie, Ardele, Valencia, and David for assisting me and answering my questions during my stay. You guys are awesome! The few issues in the building were addressed immediately and professionally. This was my 1st stay at Tru by Hilton. I will stay again! Thank you for such a welcoming and warm stay. You helped make being away from home for 2 weeks for work very comfortable.
I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times for work and have really enjoyed it. Mainly due to staff! Valencia at the front desk has always been very kind and helpful. She’s the best!!!
We were in town for a volleyball tournament. Nice hotel. Our room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't great, but it was adequate for what you get. The best part of Tru Hotels is the game table in the lobby. There was a bumper shuffleboard table in this one. Had some fun, friendly competitions. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Would be happy to stay here again if we are in the area again.
